About The Ridge at Vista Point

The Ridge at Vista Point is a condominium and townhome community at 1810 Selenite Place on South Skirt Mountain in Langford, in the area MLS groups with Bear Mountain. The developer's site counts 93 condos at 1810 Selenite Place and 10 townhomes in three blocks. MLS lists the condos as built in 2025, and the developer was still selling both condos and townhomes in October 2026.

Seacliff Properties, a privately owned Vancouver-based real estate company, and Keycorp Developments are the developers, and Verity Construction built the project. Alan Lowe Architecture designed the condo building and one townhome block, Victoria Design Group designed the other two townhome blocks, and Nygaard Interior Design did the interiors.

Views are the main draw. The developer and builder both point to the Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Mountains, with Mount Baker also in sight from some homes. The outlook depends heavily on a unit's position and floor, and the developer's price list sorts homes into ocean, valley and city view groups.

Condo Plans at The Ridge

The condos come in one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom-plus-den and three-bedroom layouts, the last listed as junior three-bedrooms on the price list. The developer says every two-bedroom home is over 1,100 sq ft, and its October 2026 price list shows one-bedroom-plus-den plans of about 725 to 761 sq ft. Ceilings are 9 ft, rising to 10 ft on the sixth floor.

Kitchens have quartz counters, soft-close cabinets, a Whirlpool 36-inch French door fridge, a 36-inch gas cooktop with griddle, a wall oven and a built-in microwave. Bathrooms have quartz, tile floors, a deep soaker tub in the main bath and a walk-in shower in the ensuite. Living areas have wide-plank luxury vinyl, and every balcony or patio has a gas hookup for a barbecue or fire table. Each home comes with one parking stall, a storage locker and bike storage, and a few homes on the price list include a second stall.

Townhomes on Bronzite Place

The developer's floor plans for the 10 townhomes are filed under Bronzite Place civic numbers from 2507 to 2522. They come in two styles:

  • Blocks 1 and 2: seven four-bedroom, four-bathroom homes with a rec room and two secure garage parking spots, designed by Victoria Design Group
  • Block 3: three three-bedroom homes with a flex space and two underground stalls, designed by Alan Lowe Architecture Inc., with access to the fitness centre

Townhomes use heat pumps for heating, with baseboard heaters as backup and an electric fireplace. In late October 2026, MLS showed one 2025 four-bedroom townhome of 2,375 sq ft at 2510 Bronzite Place asking $1,014,900, the same civic number and price as a townhome on the developer's October 2026 price list.

Shared Amenities

The shared spaces lean practical rather than resort-style:

  • A fitness centre with cardio and weight equipment
  • A double-height lobby with a lounge
  • A community garden with shared plots
  • A dog wash and a bike wash in the underground parkade
  • A bike room with a maintenance station and e-bike charging
  • EV-ready charging capability in all resident stalls

Location: South Skirt Mountain and Bear Mountain

Selenite Place is on South Skirt Mountain in Langford. The builder and developer both say Bear Mountain's outdoor amenities can be reached on foot, and the developer lists golf, tennis, a pool, trails and a recreation centre in the Bear Mountain area, along with nearby transit and schools.

For errands, the developer points to Millstream Village, Costco and Save-On-Foods, which it frames as a short drive away. Langford's public schools are in School District 62 (Sooke), so check catchments with the district before you buy. Buying at The Ridge at Vista Point

Because the developer is still selling, many homes here are new and never occupied. GST may apply to a home bought new from the developer, and first-time buyers should check current federal and BC rebates with an advisor. In 2026 the developer was also advertising incentives, such as covering strata fees for a period on select homes; offers like these change often, so get the current terms in writing.

The homes carry the BC 2-5-10 warranty through Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada, and a resale passes on the remaining term. Read the disclosure statement, the bylaws on pets and rentals and the strata budget. With condos and townhomes in one development, ask how the strata is organized, whether each home type has its own section, and how shared costs are split. Early strata fees are based on estimates, and a depreciation report may come later.

Vista Point Prices and Nearby Options

As of late October 2026 there were 13 active MLS condo listings at 1810 Selenite Place: two one-bedroom homes of 739 sq ft asking $489,900 and $579,900, and eleven two-bedroom homes of about 1,102 to 1,156 sq ft asking $599,900 to $824,995. MLS also showed the townhome at 2510 Bronzite Place noted above. Asking prices change daily, so check the live listings below.

Buying New or Nearly New?

Units bought directly from a developer can carry GST and come with the BC 2-5-10 new home warranty, while resales in a newer building transfer the remaining warranty. Before you write an offer, read the strata documents, the depreciation report and the current budget. Our presale and new condo guide covers disclosure statements, assignments and early strata fees.
