Pets are allowed in many manufactured home communities, so this report tracks much of the wider market. Keep these points in mind.

A Large Share of the Market

Many park and community listings record cats or dogs as allowed, so this report moves closely with the overall manufactured home market rather than standing apart from it.

Limits Differ by Park

One park may allow two pets of any size and another a single small dog or a cat. Those limits are not in the statistics, so check the rules for each community you consider.

Cats or Dogs, Not Always Both

The search includes listings that allow cats, dogs or both. A home that suits a cat owner may not take a dog, so confirm the details on any listing that interests you.

Asking Prices, Not Values
