A seven-building community at Tyndall Avenue and Kenmore Road in Saanich by Tri-Eagle Development and Cadillac Homes, with 58 homes from micro-studios to three-bedroom townhomes.
Marlowe is a strata community of seven buildings at 4201 Tyndall Avenue, on the corner of Kenmore Road in the Gordon Head neighbourhood of Saanich. Tri-Eagle Development Corp. is the developer, working with Cadillac Homes, which lists Marlowe among its current projects. Project marketing credits the design to Joe Newell Architect.
Cadillac Homes describes 58 homes: 32 micro-studios aimed at young people entering the workforce, two larger two-bedroom suites on the ground floor, and 24 one- and three-bedroom townhomes. Some listing sites give totals of 54 or 56, but both the builder and the developer use 58. In late October 2026 the developer's website gave 2026 as the completion year and showed more than 60 per cent sold, with homes still offered in six of the seven buildings. MLS records list the buildings as built in 2025, and some homes have already sold, so ask which buildings have occupancy and when a given home can be occupied.
As of late October 2026, four Marlowe homes were listed on MLS under 4201 Tyndall Avenue: two studios of about 382 to 396 sq ft asking $344,900 and $379,900, and two three-bedroom townhomes of about 1,302 sq ft asking $799,900 and $849,900. At the same time the developer's website showed studios from $339,900, three-bedroom townhomes from $799,900 and one remaining one-bedroom townhome from $524,900. Prices change often; see the live listings below.
The map shows every unit in the building currently listed on MLS®, with full details in the listings below.

The developer says every home includes a Modo car-share membership, with a Modo vehicle parked on site.
Each townhome comes with a parking spot roughed in for an EV charger; studio parking costs extra, subject to availability.
Residents share a secure bike room with charging plugs, a children's play area and a BBQ area with a washroom.
Marlowe takes a heritage-inspired approach on the outside, with fibre-cement panel siding and shingles, aluminum-clad vinyl windows and landscaped private patios. Project marketing describes three-storey wood-frame buildings: three condo buildings facing Tyndall Avenue, three blocks of stacked townhomes and a two-storey amenity building with the bike room.
The developer sells by building and posts a floor plan document for each of the seven, which helps when comparing homes on different parts of the site.
Kitchens have stainless steel appliances, two-tone soft-close cabinets, solid-surface counters and a tile backsplash. Resilient flooring and Hunter Douglas window coverings run throughout. Townhomes add a mudroom with a bench and hooks, carpeted bedrooms and a walk-in closet in the main bedroom.
Cadillac Homes describes Tuscany Village shopping centre as within walking distance and the University of Victoria as a short bike ride away, with the restaurants, pubs and grocery stores of the university area close by. The Gordon Head Recreation Centre, with fitness and aquatic programs, is also nearby.
Gordon Head is served by Greater Victoria School District 61, and Gordon Head Middle School is on Kenmore Road. Confirm catchment schools for 4201 Tyndall Avenue with the district. To see what else is selling in the area, browse Gordon Head real estate.
Because some buildings may be finished while others are still being completed, check whether a home is ready now or is still a presale.
October 2026 listings showed rentals as unrestricted and a limit of two cats or dogs. Confirm both in the registered bylaws, and remember that a first-year strata budget is the developer's estimate.
Marlowe stands out for compact studios pitched at first-time buyers and for townhomes in a part of Saanich close to the university. Pet owners can compare it with pet-friendly condos and townhomes in Gordon Head. For a wider view, browse Saanich condos for sale or new townhomes for sale across the region.
Units bought directly from a developer can carry GST and come with the BC 2-5-10 new home warranty, while resales in a newer building transfer the remaining warranty. Before you write an offer, read the strata documents, the depreciation report and the current budget. Our presale and new condo guide covers disclosure statements, assignments and early strata fees.
It is at 4201 Tyndall Avenue, on the corner of Kenmore Road. The site is in the District of Saanich, not the City of Victoria.
