Background

Harrison graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce from the Gustavson School of Business. He spent six years as a real estate appraiser with D.R. Coell and Associates and worked as a property research analyst for an investment fund before becoming a licensed REALTOR®.

That background gives his clients something many buyers lack: a clear sense of what a home is worth. Harrison values property the way a lender's appraiser does, using adjusted sold comparables, so clients know whether a price will hold up before they write an offer.
