Hi, my name is Jesse Seads.

Thank you for taking the time to read my bio.

A Little About Me

I am an outgoing, diligent, and observant person who loves to interact with others. I feel very fortunate to have been born and raised in Victoria, BC, and I have also spent years abroad living and working in both London, England and Melbourne, Australia. These experiences have given me a keen sense of what makes Vancouver Island unique and spectacular.

I am patient, attentive, and committed to being my clients’ strongest advocate. My top priority is to provide an exceptional level of service throughout the real estate process, from the first conversation to closing. My goal is to make every client a client for life.

My View on Real Estate

I thrive on challenge and change, and I am driven to provide exceptional service to my clients. I believe there is never a dull moment in the real estate market; there are always opportunities for those who seek them.

I understand that real estate transactions can be intimidating and complex. I enjoy helping my clients navigate the process by providing accurate information, transparency, and clarity so they can make informed decisions. I have found that listening carefully to my clients’ needs and maintaining consistent communication are key to client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Education and Professional Experience

My passion for knowledge led me to obtain a diploma in Criminology from Camosun College and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Victoria. While in school, I flourished in the hospitality industry and learned that I am a people person who gains energy from helping others.

After graduating, I was drawn to executive sales and worked for leading companies including Ricoh, Shaw Communications, and Flight Centre. The skills I gained through those roles allow me to effectively market, communicate, negotiate, and advocate for my clients.

My Hobbies

When I am not helping people find success in real estate, I am cooking meals for my wife Justine, taking our French bulldog Bronson on walks, playing chess, brewing cider, and travelling.
