I’m familiar with advanced valuation techniques and price adjustment strategies, such as Paired Data Analysis, Resale Analysis, the Quality Point Technique, and in some cases, Multiple Regression Analysis, etc, to arrive at the most reliable valuation estimate possible - typically within 2% to 3% of the final selling price.

Quality media and optimal exposure represent the remaining 20% of what determines a successful marketing outcome. This is where you can maximise price and improve timing.
